Get to Know Your Relationship Team

Casey is a Senior Director of Investment Services for Public Trust where he is responsible for new business development, banking relationships and oversight of the distribution strategy, and client relationship management on behalf of COLOTRUST. 

Prior to joining Public Trust, Casey had a long tenure with UMB Bank, N.A. where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President of UMB’s Corporate Trust division. Over the years, he held various strategic roles in administration, management, and business development. Casey also served as a Vice President at Zions Bank, bringing with him a wealth of business and banking experience. Casey received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. 

Dylana is a Director of Investment Services for Public Trust based in Colorado where she is responsible for maintaining current relationships with participants as well as developing new relationships. She serves as a resource for all participants in Colorado as it pertains to education on local government investment pools, local and regional economies, and the national economic state. Prior to this role, she joined Public Trust as an Investment Operations and Fund Accounting Associate where her job duties included running trade operations and fund accounting, reporting cap stock activity, trading securities, documenting income, and distributing interest.

Prior to joining Public Trust, Dylana held the position of Financial Service Professional for Charles Schwab where she helped clients place trades and discussed the market in relation to client portfolios. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Colorado Mesa University. Dylana is an active member of Women in Public Finance and the Rocky Mountain Association of Finance Professionals as well as a prestigious partner of Colorado Association of School Business Officials. She holds the FINRA Series 65 license and is an Investment Advisor Representative.

Brett is a Director of Investment Services for Public Trust based in Colorado and is responsible for the strengthening and preserving of current relationships with clients, cultivating new relationships, and participating in conferences across the state for many local government organizations. Prior to joining Public Trust, Brett held leadership positions at several school districts including the Director of Finance and Operations at Weld County School District RE-1 where he was responsible for accounting, budgeting, auditing, child nutrition, operations, and transportation; the Budget Director at Poudre School District where he was responsible for annual budget development, quarterly financial reporting, and portfolio management; and the Executive Director of Business Services at Troup Independent School District where he was responsible for accounting, budgeting, auditing, human resources, and payroll.  Prior to entering the field of school finance, Brett served 6 years in the Texas Army National Guard where he deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. 

Brett is an active member of the Colorado Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and the Association of School Business Officials International.  He previously served on the CASBO board for 4 years. He received both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Lamar University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
